Overview
The HHPW2900 is a gasoline-powered pressure washer driven by a 9.0HP HH177 engine. It delivers a rated pressure of 18MPa (2600psi) and a maximum pressure of 20MPa (2900psi) with a flow rate of 18L/min and displacement of 270CC. Built with a plunger pump, it supports inlet water temperature from 0°C to 60°C – allowing hot water use for superior grease removal. Ideal for farms, construction sites, factories, and livestock areas with no electricity or where hot water cleaning is required. The unit is CE certified and fully supports OEM / ODM services.

Q1: What fuel does it use?
A: 92# or 95# unleaded gasoline.
Q2: Can it run continuously for hours?
A: Yes, but we recommend a 10-minute break every 2 hours to extend pump and engine life.
Q3: Can it use hot water? Will it damage the machine?
A: Yes. The inlet water temperature range is 0°C to 60°C. Using hot water will not damage the pump – instead, it greatly improves grease and oil cleaning. However, do NOT use corrosive chemicals such as strong acids or alkalis.
Q4: What is the MOQ for OEM/ODM?
A: Typically 50–100 units, depending on customization level.
Q5: Do you provide English manual and CE documents?
A: Yes. English manual included, and CE certificate can be sent electronically in advance.
Q6: What if the engine won’t start?
A: Check oil level, fuel valve, and choke position. Add engine oil before first use as per manual.
